- Email info@hayloequestrian.com with your return request
- Customer is responsible for the return cost
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable
- Products must be returned unused, un-oiled, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
- Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be subject to return
- Sale items are final sale.
- Once items are received and inspected, your refund will post next day.
